Every consultation is complimentary, and we will tell you plainly if a site is outside a practical travel radius for us rather than stringing you along.
Wherever we build, the process looks the same. Our team designs around your yard's actual grade, soil, and sun exposure, then handles excavation, plumbing, biological filtration, and finishing rock ourselves rather than handing pieces off to subcontractors. No matter which of these communities you are in, we know a backyard oasis has to work with the property you actually have. A Fraser Valley acreage with room for a full swim pond calls for different grading and filtration planning than a smaller Lower Mainland lot suited to a pondless waterfall tucked against a fence line. We walk every site in person before we design anything, so the plan we bring back reflects your specific yard rather than a generic layout.
Regional climate matters too. Winters across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland rarely bring the sustained deep freezes that force a full pond shutdown, but shoulder-season cold snaps are still enough to stress pumps, liners, and fish if a feature is not set up correctly from the start. We build with that reality in mind, from filter placement to depth, so your feature is easier to protect once the temperature drops. Municipal requirements around setbacks, fencing, and permits also vary from one city to the next, and we factor those local rules into the design before we ever break ground.
